At the traffic light.
Left on 4th St.
Under the underpass.
Left on Bedford Ave.
Around recreation field.
Left at T intersection onto Ashland Ave.
Go past the concrete posts to circle.
Left into next entrance.
There are a couple of entrances with elevators.
Or use the front circle entrance if you prefer.

From Lynchburg on 460:
Take the right fork coming into Bedford.
Take a right on 4th St.
Under the underpass.
Left on Bedford Ave.
