Take I-95 South. After going through the Baltimore tunnel, take 295 South

(Baltimore/Washington Parkway). At some point as you approach Washington,

the BW Parkway blends in to I-95. Keep heading for Richmond until you have

crossed the Potomac River. Get into the right-hand lane.

Take the first exit after you've crossed the Potomac,

then take the second right within the exit, onto Route 1 North.

Stay in the left lane. After Prince St., make a left onto King St. (Route 7).

Follow Route 7 past the Amtrak station and the Masonic Temple. The right

turn onto 28th St is at the bottom of a little hill. There's a traffic light

there and an office building with glass panels on the left-hand side.
